Small group training is a four-week exercise program that meets twice a week with a dedicated coach and 3 to 12 group members.

If you are looking for a way to start working out, shake up your workout routine, or find folks to workout with, small group training might be for you.

Each four-week sessions costs $80. All sessions are hosted in the Rec Sports Field House.

Session 1

Dates: January 22 - February 15

Registration: Closes January 28

Dates: February 19 - March 21

Registration: February 11 - 25

Tip: All sessions are free to try for the first week!

Dates: March 25 - April 18
