Small group training is a four-week exercise program that meets twice a week with a dedicated coach and 3 to 12 group members.
If you are looking for a way to start working out, shake up your workout routine, or find folks to workout with, small group training might be for you.
Each four-week sessions costs $70. All sessions are hosted in the Rec Sports Field House.

Women on Weights
- Monday/Wednesday with Julia W. from 5:00-6:00pm
- Tuesday/Thursday with Julia W. from 12:00-1:00pm
