Small group training is a four-week exercise program that meets twice a week with a dedicated coach and 3 to 12 group members.

If you are looking for a way to start working out, shake up your workout routine, or find folks to workout with, small group training might be for you.

Each four-week sessions costs $80. All sessions are hosted in the Rec Sports Field House.

Spring 2023

Free Week of Fitness

  • Dates: January 16 - 20
  • Registration Dates: SGT classes running for session 1 will be free! Capacity of 12 participants on a first-come first-served basis. 


Session 1

  • Dates: January 23 - February 17
  • Registration Dates: Open now and closes 1/29
