  • Location: The Virginia Tech Disc Golf Course: follow signs from the golf course's clubhouse and look for the people holding up a yellow flag.

  • Virginia Tech employees are invited to attend fitness classes for free. No membership is required
  • McComas Group Ex Studios
  • No pre-registration is required

  • Monday, May 22 - 12:15-1pm Yoga with Amy E.

  • Tuesday, May 23 - 12:15-1pm - F45 with Tucker B.

  • Wednesday, May 24 - 12:15-1pm - Pilates with Christine M.

  • Thursday, May 25 - 12:15-1pm - Strength with Kensey H.

No-Shower Social Hour: Employee-only event

  • Virginia Tech employees are invited to attend a workout at McComas Hall followed by a social hour at the University Club in Lane Stadium. Workout is for all levels of fitness and ability!
  • Time: Workout from 4:30-5pm; social hour from 5-6pm

2-Week Running Programs

We're excited to share two running programs that will get you off the couch and ready to enjoy running! Beginner and intermediate programs are offered and provide a 14-day training schedule to work up to running a 5K.

Hokie Fit Online Training

A free 2-week training program that includes a workout plan and tutorial videos for each workout.

Virtual Group Exercise Membership

Virginia Tech students and employees can purchase a membership that grants live-stream access to group exercise classes.
