The Hokie Movement campaign was created by Recreational Sports in 2019 to promote the benefits of regular exercise and provide accessible resources for VT students, staff, and faculty to incorporate more movement into their daily lives.

Free Select Group Exercise Classes All Week — No Pass or Membership Needed!
We’re offering free, select group exercise classes during Hokie Movement Week — no Rec Sports membership or Group Exercise pass required.
- Students: Join any of the select classes (except Faculty/Staff classes).
- Faculty, Staff, & Non-student Wage Employees: Join any select classes — no membership or Group Exercise pass needed!
All you need is your Hokie Passport to check in at the front desk and class.
Classes include Cardio Dance, BodyPump, TBS, and TREDZ!
