We are excited to announce the Grand Reopening of War Memorial Hall! After extensive updates, this newly designed space is ready to offer an enhanced facility for health, fitness, research, and learning.
Join us for a celebration that showcases our enhanced space and new offerings. The event is complimentary and open to the entire community.

Full Moon Yoga
Join Rec Sports for a 45-minute outdoor yoga session under a full moon! Glow sticks provided and there will be a raffle for a Hokie Stone Yoga Mat. Bring your own yoga mat or towel, though not required.
No pre-registration required. Event is open to students and employees.

Are you tough enough!? Compete in an endurance obstacle course race on Virginia Tech Blacksburg Campus that will push you to your limits!

We're excited to share two running programs that will get you off the couch and ready to enjoy running! Beginner and intermediate programs are offered and provide a 14-day training schedule to work up to running a 5K.
Hokie Fit Online Training
A free 2-week training program that includes a workout plan and tutorial videos for each workout.
Virtual Group Exercise Membership
Virginia Tech students and employees can purchase a membership that grants live-stream access to group exercise classes.
