Sunset Yoga
Join Rec Sports for an evening designed to help you reset and reconnect. As part of the RE•CHARGE campaign, we’re hosting a special outdoor yoga session at the Hahn Horticulture Amphitheater — with live music by Amelia E. setting the vibe.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, come as you are, and take a break that’s good for the body and mind.
Plus, don’t miss your chance to win a custom Hokie Stone yoga mat in our raffle!

Movement doesn’t have to be a full workout, even a 10-minute walk can improve your mindset.
Whether you’re a faculty member, advisor, staff member, or RA/WBC, here are a few easy ways to get involved:
-Faculty/Advisors: Mention the campaign in class and encourage breaks for movement.Feel free to share our campaign video (less than 1 minute)
-Resident Advisors: Post flyers on your floor & hallways, include in newsletters or host a movement break during study hours.
-Staff/Departments: Add digital displays to your office monitors and forward the campaign details in your listserv or newsletters.
