Venture Out Team Building

Looking to bring your group closer together? Venture Out's team building programs help people connect, grow, and discover what makes them stronger as a unit. Through fun, hands-on activities, our facilitators guide groups in exploring confidence, leadership, community, and trust; while keeping things interactive and engaging.

Whether you’re part of a club, department, organization, or company, we’ve got a program that fits your crew; big or small. Most of our adventures happen right here on campus, but we’re also able to bring the experience to you within an hour’s drive. Wherever your team is starting from, we’ll help you build stronger bonds and have a great time doing it.

Reservation Guidelines

Please note the following important details regarding reservation requests:

Reservation Timeline:

To make sure everything runs smoothly, reservations should be made at least 15 business days before your program date. Final attendance numbers are also due at that time.

Group Size:

We work with groups of all shapes and sizes, anywhere from 4 people up to 300. For larger groups, we’ll split into smaller circles so everyone gets the chance to interact and take part. On average, you can expect 1 facilitator for every 10–15 participants.

Participation Requirements:

Most of our activities are designed with high school students and adults in mind, but we also offer options for kids ages 8 and up.

We welcome participants of all abilities. If someone in your group needs an accommodation, just let us know during the reservation process—we’ll make sure the program is designed to fit your group’s needs.

Our team building programs typically run 45 minutes to 2 hours.

To begin, please complete the team building request form.

We can host programs any day between 8 AM and 10 PM. Check the calendar to see what’s already booked—any open spot is open for a reservation. For schools, our team has the staffing to welcome field trips on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Planning ahead? Reservations can be made up to a year in advance. Just be sure to confirm your group’s final attendance 15 business days before your program date.
