Personal trainers are great if you are new to exercise or an active person who is looking to change up your routine or anyone in between!
General ItemSmall Group Training
In the small group format, classes are limited to 12 people so you get individual attention from a coach. The group of people you are working out with is consistent so there is a sense of community, accountability, and motivation. Small group training sessions run for six weeks, meeting twice a week for 12 total trainings.
The dance program is an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to learn a style of dance in a non-competitive recreational setting. Our dance classes are designed to teach the basic techniques and terminologies of each individual format through a six-week session. These classes are perfect for those who used to dance or who want to learn to dance.

The Hokie Fit Program is our online fitness program which provides workouts for every day of the month, daily communication from our fitness staff, nutrition guidance and more! These workouts can be done at home or the gym, all with just a few pieces of equipment.
General Item2-Week Running Programs
We're excited to share two running programs that will get you off the couch and ready to enjoy running! Beginner and intermediate programs are offered and provide a 14-day training schedule to work up to running a 5K.
