    Group Exercise

    Group Exercise is a great way to stay motivated in your fitness routine. These workouts are prepared and led by our certified instructors and are guaranteed to bring you a fun and exciting fitness experience. We offer over 100 classes a week - everything from bootcamp and spin to yoga and BODYPUMP™. We're sure you'll find a class you love that works with your schedule.

    Personal Training

    Personal trainers walk beside their clients throughout their fitness journey providing new workouts, form assistance, motivation, accountability, and encouragement. Personal trainers are great if you are new to exercise or an active person who is looking to change up your routine or anyone in between!

    Small Group Training

    In the small group format, classes are limited to 12 people so you get individual attention from a coach. The group of people you are working out with is consistent so there is a sense of community, accountability, and motivation. Small group training sessions run for six weeks, meeting twice a week for 12 total trainings.

    Hokie Fit Online Program

    The Hokie Fit Program is our online fitness program which provides workouts for every day of the month, daily communication from our fitness staff, nutrition guidance and more! These workouts can be done at home or the gym, all with just a few pieces of equipment.

    2-Week Running Programs

    We're excited to share two running programs that will get you off the couch and ready to enjoy running! Beginner and intermediate programs are offered and provide a 14-day training schedule to work up to running a 5K.
