Equipment rental requests must be made one week prior to the requested pickup of the equipment.
To request equipment, use our Equipment Rental Request Form. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from the Intramural Sports Office regarding the dates of your reservation and instructions on how to process payment.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a refund. Cancellations must be made by email. No refunds are issued for early returns.
Individuals returning equipment late will be charged for an additional rental day for any equipment not returned on the agreed date.
Pick Up and Drop Off Instructions
All equipment will be picked up and returned to the Intramural Sports Office located in 153 McComas Hall. Specific pickup and return times will be specified in the request confirmation email. Payment can be processed in the 142 McComas Hall. Bring your receipt when picking up equipment as confirmation of your submitted payment.
