Pod Programming with Rec Sports
Pod Programming with Rec Sports are for groups who are registered through Housing and Residence Life. Rec Sports pod programs include private group exercise classes, bouldering and game night. Groups must request the activity a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Location: McComas Hall
Format options include Bodycombat, Pop Pilates, Pilates, Yoga, Power Yoga, CXWorx, Cardio Dance, Barre, HIIT, Core Conditioning and GBT
Classes are available on weekends and are 45-60 minutes in length

- Activities include gaga ball, corn hole, spike ball, kam jam, 4-way volleyball and pop-a-shot
- Available on week-nights
Pods are a tool to help students expand their social circles and create closer connections, while ensuring individuals are following CDC guidelines and maintaining healthy community!
Pods are small groups of students who are able to interact with each other more closely and in a more relaxed, un-masked environment. In order to do so, students in a pod make a commitment to rigorously follow safety measures, including face coverings and physical distancing, when interacting with anyone outside of the pod.
